Firms typically have bi-weekly or monthly meetings with their agencies. We can lead these meetings: setting the agenda, reviewing deliverables, determining priorities, asking the right questions, and assigning action items with deadlines. 

3. Metrics

We’ll also identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of your marketing efforts:
